Basic First Aid Course

First Aid is the immediate assistance or treatment given to someone injured or suddenly taken ill, before the arrival of ambulance or other appropriately qualified person (medical help). First Aid for us to preserve life, to limit worsening of a condition, to promote recovery.

Kindly be informed that Voluntary Aid Detachment 26 with the cooperation of the Training Department will be organizing the above mentioned course for active and qualified VAD members. Details are as follows:


DATE & TIME : 3 October 2009, Saturday (3.00pm – 7.00pm)
4 October 2009, Sunday (8.00am – 6pm)
11 October 2009, Sunday (9.00am – 5.00pm)
VENUE : HQ, Central Seberang Prai Chapter
CHARGES : RM15 included drink, food and notes


Participation is open to all MRC members. Details of the course are attached for your attention and further action.

well, ok due to the above caption on

VAD26 have organise a CPR course

or somehow can be say as watch and learn...

firstly we've been introduce

to our instructor, MR.Khor Lai Kim

we starts off by knowing the steps

to held out CPR..

for instance D.R.A.B.C.D...

after all the detail explanations

we move on to the next stage

: testing with the puppet
